How to use our online menu

Shopping with us online for pickup or delivery is easy and convenient. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to register with us and how to purchase your medicine. If it makes things even easier, open these instructions in another tab so you can reference them.

Getting started

When you open our menu for the first time, you will be greeted with a popup asking you to Sign up or to Login.

If you’ve been here before, you will see Login and Sign Up at the top right of the page.

Enter your information

Begin by entering the information in the field of the popup, or by clicking Sign up in the header and filling in the first fields.

Once you have completed entering in your information, you will return to the menu and see a message asking your to confirm your email address. If you skipped over any steps in the registration process, you will also see the second message asking you to complete your profile.

Confirm your email address

You will receive an email requesting that you confirm your email address. Clicking the link in the email will bring your to the Blackbird menu with a Confirm Email Login window.

Getting Verified

There are three stages to having your account verified before you may go shopping.

Your profile is not complete

If there is a red exclamation point icon next to your name, your profile is missing information. Most often, this is because the Government and Medical ID card sections have not been completed.

Awaiting Verification

If there are purple dots next to your name, your profile is complete and is being verified by the good people at Blackbird. This step should be quick, but in some cases has taken up to an hour. Please be patient.

Your profile is not complete

Shopping for pickup or delivery

Select your items

The easiest way to find your items is to use the filters on the top left of the products page to narrow down your strain and type of medicine.

When you find your desired item(s), you may select a weight using the (<) and (>) icons or quantity using (-) and (+) icons and click Add to Bag. If you’ve added an item to your bag, this will be indicated in the top left of the item image.

The number of items in your bag, and total number of grams, are indicated in the top right of the Blackbird header. If it has disappeared, simply scroll/swipe up a bit to get it back.

When you are ready, click Checkout to proceed.

Checkout

Simply select Delivery or Pickup. If applicable, your delivery charge will be shown.

Your payment will be made upon pickup or delivery in cash only. If picking up, we have an ATM in-store for your convenience.

Important Note

All orders weight totals will be verified by Inyo staff to be within the buying allowance for each patient as determined by the state (70g per patient every two weeks). Currently, this verification must be done by hand after your order is placed. If you are over your allotted weight, an Inyo representative will call you to discuss and adjust your order. Your order will not be fulfilled until phone verification has been completed.
